  • Accompanied Care offers a unique and holistic approach to accommodation for vulnerable young people.
  • As not only do we provide stable and safe accommodation, we promote a culture where young people are encouraged to aspire, develop and achieve their maximum potential.

The company is run and managed by a qualified manager and suitably experienced team who understand the needs of young people who are leaving care and also the pressures, demands and timescales placed upon local authorities.

This allows for joint working with Local Authorities and other identified professionals to assist in the assessment, planning, intervention and monitoring of the most challenging and vulnerable young people who are assessed to be at risk of significant harm.

Acquiring the skills to live independently is a massive ask for any young person let alone those without supportive families to fall back on, or who live away from home for other reasons. Many care leavers don’t always have the luxury of a family home to return to if something goes wrong, or a parent to ask for advice when they are unsure. As part of our service to care, leavers,

We make it our job to ensure that our young people are ready for what’s next, support them along their journey to independence and help them to access the same opportunities as their peers. We need to give them the practical, social and emotional support that any good parent gives their child, from help to find the right accommodation, to guiding them through job applications and interviews.

The young people we work with at Accompanied Care are always at the forefront of our mind, which allows us to be an outcome-focused organisation that responds effectively to the needs of our clients whilst delivering all of our services to the highest of standards.
